Begin building essential skills for teaching yoga with a trauma-supportive lens, and foster embodied understanding of trauma recovery processes and nervous system awareness. Workshops include Intro to Trauma-Supportive Teaching & Intro to Somatics for Yoga Teachers.

These workshops will meet in person at Living Beyond Yoga in Traverse City, MI. Yoga teachers participating in the full day of workshops will be eligible for 5 Yoga Alliance CEUs.
