Our next trauma-supportive yoga training cohort begins August 23 2025. Join us for a transformative four-month experience comprised of three months of real-time online course work and a long in-person weekend in downtown Ann Arbor, MI. Led by our knowledgable facilitators, the course engages in deep experiential learning of teacher-student relationships, trauma-supportive practices, and yoga philosophy.
