New Cohort Begins August 2025 〰️

May 01

Registration Opens!

Our next trauma-supportive yoga training cohort begins August 2025. Join us for a transformative four-month experience comprised of three months of real-time online course work and a long in-person weekend in downtown Ann Arbor, MI. Led by our knowledgable facilitators, yoga teachers in the course will engage in deep experiential learning on teacher-student relationships, trauma-supportive practices, and yoga philosophy.

Participants will earn 30 Yoga Alliance CEUs, enough to complete a full three-year renewal cycle. This small group, cohort-style course has limited spots - registration opens May 1st!

Haven School of Yoga empowers yoga teachers through experiential education in trauma-supportive teaching practices. We believe that great teaching arises from time, embodied experience, and inner growth. Our programs are designed to create a supportive space where students can cultivate self-awareness, foster embodied knowledge, and build the confidence they need to step into their role as powerful, compassionate educators. Facilitated by two lineage teachers with combined over thirty years of experience, you can expect your time with Haven to be enriching, challenging, and transformative.

Who We Are

Meet the Team

Britt Unsei Wildfong, LMT, SEP, RYT

Unsei is a seasoned practitioner and educator with over 20 years of experience in embodied healing. She offers a steady presence that allows students to explore their journeys with confidence, while her knowledge of the body-mind ensures an approach rooted in compassion and care.

Britt has been shaped by her own experiences with trauma and chronic illness, and holds an innate desire to help others find their way toward embodied liberation. When not seeing clients or facilitating groups, you can find her creating beauty, reading (speculative fiction or nerdy body/mind books), or walking in the woods with a friend.
